The questions people actually ask
- Is there anything extra to pay?
- No. One price, everything included — every design, every colourway, every feature. There are no add-ons and no per-guest charges.
- When do I pay?
- After you have built your invitation and reviewed the summary. Nothing is charged while you are still building.
- Do I get the invitation straight away?
- No — and we would rather say so plainly. Every invitation is reviewed and finished by a person before your link is sent to you.
- How long does it stay live?
- 3 months from the day it is delivered, which covers the run-up, the celebration and the months of people revisiting it afterwards.
